Conditions

All prices with English text are without Norwegian VAT, which amounts to 25 %. If you are an English reader and happen to live in Norway, the VAT will be automatically added in the checkout when you choose country.

All jewellery are sent by Norwegian mail and their partners abroad. Some products are in stock and are sent at once, others will need to be produced first. Anyhow, it will not take more that 5 days until your order is shipped. Jewelry that takes longer time to make are marked with estimated time of delivery.

If you should decide not to keep the jewellery you bought, you have to let me know within 14 days starting from when you receive the parcel. You will however have to cover the return cost.

Even if we try to avoid it, a jewellery in the webshop can already be sold out, or we experience delivery problems of gemstones etc. If possible we will try to offer you a similar jewellery as replacement, or we will cancel the order.
